The bells of Christmas are ringing, and the wonderful melodious sounds of Christmas music are permeating the air waves. To help ring in the Christmas holidays, and set the tone for celebrating the birth of Him who was born King – the Lord Jesus Christ, there are several LDS social media venues that are streaming favorite classic and modern Christmas tunes that everyone, young and old, can listen to and sing along with.

Christmas Music on the Mormon Channel

The Mormon Channel, for example, began streaming Christmas music on 23 November. Their commercial-free Christmas music stream is available 24/7. Listeners can sing along with their favorite artists, from Bing Crosby to David Archuleta. The best part is that anyone can tune in and listen wherever they are. The stream can be found on the Mormon Channel mobile app, website, Roku channel, or internet radio.

Modern-day scriptures teach, “If thou art merry, praise the Lord with singing, with music” (Doctrine and Covenants 136:28). And so, in addition to the radio stream, the Mormon Channel also has brand new music videos, Mormon Messages, and special Christmas programming. To stay in touch with the latest gifts from the Mormon Channel this holiday season, follow them on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, and Instagram.
