The Mormon Music website is designed with the music enthusiast in mind. On the site, we feature many LDS music artists who have varied talents in several different genres. Although the name says, ‘Mormon Music,’ it is our goal to provide wholesome music resources for peoples of all faiths, as well as, those who have no religious affiliations to listen to and enjoy.
We also allow people who have created music video covers of songs of some of their favorite artists to submit those covers to share with our audience.
From, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, Shubham shares his talents with his acoustic guitar rendition of Bob Marley’s “Redemption Song.” His smooth vocals and excellent guitar playing are comparable to the sounds of Bob Marley. As a person watches the video, they can almost imagine Bob Marley himself up on stage playing an acoustic version of his song.
Semra from Baku, the capital and largest city of Azerbaijan, as well as the largest city on the Caspian Sea and of the Caucasus region, with a population of 2,374,000, has submitted a cover for the song “Royals” by New Zealand singer, Lorde. She says that she tries to sing different styles of music. For her cover of this song, she combines her vocals with acoustic guitar playing to present this Indie version of Lorde’s electropop song which was released on 3 June 2013 by Universal Music Group (UMG) as the lead single from her debut extended play The Love Club EP (2012). It was later included on her debut studio album, Pure Heroine (2013).
We invite others to submit their music covers either as MP3 files or as YouTube videos. We will review your work and if it meets our cover submission guidelines, we will share your work with our audience so that you can gain valuable feedback.
A special thank you to all who submit their music covers for us to share. We look forward to receiving submissions from others soon. Thank you for visiting Mormon Music!
